Service Description
The Pro Edge Upgrade is a Breakthrough Friday members-only experience designed to accelerate your child’s development both on and off the pitch. Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, when a session is cancelled without giving enough notice, others are prevented from getting the chance to receive the service. Whilst our first priority is always the well-being and development of our customers, we must also look to run an efficient and cost-effective enterprise in order to continue to deliver our service to you and others in the long run. Notice of Cancellations must be given 48 hours before any scheduled Private Football Coaching session to avoid any charge. Sessions cancelled without the required 48 hours’ notice, will be subject to loss of session and will not be eligible to be rescheduled. Sessions cancelled with 48 hours or more notice will be allowed to be rescheduled as availability allows within the timeframe of your booking. Code of Conduct: Respect for School Environment: All participants and spectators must respect the school environment and nearby residents. Maintain cleanliness and minimize disturbance during training sessions and events. Pitch Access and Footwear: Parents/guardians/spectators are not permitted on the 3G pitch during training. Firm Ground/Moulded Football boots are allowed on the pitch. Safety Equipment: Players must wear shin pads at all times during training sessions for safety. Hydration: Players must bring a drink to every training session for hydration. No Smoking Policy: The entire school site, including all outdoor and indoor areas, is non-smoking. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited on school premises and along Becket Way outside the school gate. No Pets Policy: No dogs or pets are allowed anywhere on the school site. Policy Enforcement: Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination from the program. Participants and spectators must adhere to these guidelines for a safe and respectful environment. General Guidelines: Arrive on time for scheduled sessions and follow coaching staff instructions. Show respectful behaviour and sportsmanship at all times.
