ELITE CAMPS

Elite Camp

High-performance training camps for ambitious players aged 6 – 15

Our Elite Football Camps are designed for players who want more than time on the ball.
These are development-focused camps delivered with professional standards, clear coaching detail, and high expectations.

Every camp day is structured, purposeful, and coached with intent — supporting players to train properly, improve quickly, and build confidence in a demanding environment.

Players are grouped by age and ability, ensuring appropriate challenge, high involvement, and meaningful coaching throughout the day.

Whether your child plays grassroots football or is part of an ETC or PDC, Shadow Squad or Pre-Academy these camps provide a valuable opportunity to train with intensity, receive detailed coaching, and return to their team sharper, clearer, and more confident.

This is focused development — delivered in a camp format, without compromising standards.

Places are limited to maintain coaching quality and group balance.

Who Our Camps Are For

Our camps are suited to boys and girls who:

  • Enjoy structured coaching

  • Want to improve specific areas of their game

  • Are ready to listen, learn, and work

  • Take pride in training properly

This environment suits ambitious grassroots players, professional club-attached players, and those exploring higher-level football — without pressure or promises.

How Camps Connect to Long-Term Development

For some families, Elite Camps are a standalone experience — a chance to train hard, improve, and enjoy a professional environment during school breaks. For others, camps act as a first step into our wider development pathway.

Across the week, coaches observe:

  • Technical habits

  • Learning speed

  • Confidence under pressure

  • Attitude and training behaviours

For players who want ongoing support, camps naturally feed into our Girls Elite Performance Pathway (EPP) or Player Development Program options — but there is no obligation.

Players can attend camps only, pathway sessions only, or both.

Camps and pathway training can be attended independently — there is no expectation or obligation to progress.

Is this a holiday camp or a development camp?

This is a development-focused football camp. Sessions are structured, coached with intent, and designed to improve players — not simply keep them active during school breaks.

Who are the camps suitable for?
Our camps are for boys and girls aged 6–14 who enjoy structured coaching and want to improve. Players are grouped by age and ability to ensure appropriate challenge.

Does my child need to play for an academy or ETC?
No. We work with ambitious grassroots players as well as academy-attached players. The key requirement is attitude, effort, and willingness to learn.

Are places limited?
Yes. Group sizes are capped to maintain coaching quality, individual attention, and session intensity.

Do camps lead into other programmes?
Camps can be attended as a standalone experience. For families seeking ongoing development, camps may also act as a first step into our wider Elite Performance Pathway — with no obligation.
