These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all coaching services, memberships, football camps, events, products and purchases provided by Elite Football Coaching ("Elite Football Coaching", "EFC", "we", "our" or "us").

By booking a session, enrolling onto a membership, purchasing a product, registering for a football camp or participating in any Elite Football Coaching programme, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Elite Football Coaching reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary. The latest version will always be available on our website and will apply to all future bookings and ongoing memberships.

1. Definitions
 

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

Membership means any recurring monthly subscription offered by Elite Football Coaching.

Private Coaching means any 1-to-1 or Small Group coaching session booked outside of a weekly membership.

Premier Player Performance Membership means the subscription package that includes recurring private 1-to-1 coaching sessions as part of the membership benefits.

Football Camp means any holiday camp, development camp, clinic or event organised by Elite Football Coaching.

Member means any parent or guardian responsible for a player enrolled onto an Elite Football Coaching membership.

Player means the child participating in any Elite Football Coaching activity.

Session means any scheduled coaching activity delivered by Elite Football Coaching.

Website means www.elitefootballcoaching.org.

2. Bookings & Payments
 

All bookings are confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.

Elite Football Coaching reserves the right to refuse, decline or cancel any booking at its absolute discretion where it is considered necessary for operational, safeguarding or behavioural reasons.

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Where a payment plan or subscription has been selected, the customer agrees to make all scheduled payments in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

Booking confirmation does not guarantee participation until all requested registration details have been completed.

Any promotional pricing, discounts or special offers are only valid during the advertised promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively.

3. Refund Policy
 

Unless otherwise required by law, all payments made to Elite Football Coaching are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind.

• Mistaken purchases.

• Booking errors made by the customer.

• Missed sessions.

• Player illness or injury.

• Holidays or personal commitments.

• Withdrawals from any programme after payment has been made.

Where Elite Football Coaching offers a voucher instead of a refund, the voucher:

• has no cash value;

• cannot be exchanged for credit;

• is non-transferable;

• must be redeemed before its expiry date.

Failure to redeem a voucher before its expiry date will result in the voucher automatically becoming void.

4. Photography & Media Consent
 

Elite Football Coaching regularly photographs and records coaching sessions, football camps and events for promotional and educational purposes.

By registering your player, you grant permission for Elite Football Coaching to use photographs and video footage on:

• the Elite Football Coaching website;

• social media platforms;

• printed marketing materials;

• promotional advertisements;

• educational resources;

• future marketing campaigns.

If you do not wish your child to appear in photography or video content, you must select "No" within the media consent section during registration.

Where consent has been withheld, Elite Football Coaching will take all reasonable steps to ensure the player is not intentionally featured within promotional content.

 

5. Health, Medical Information & Player Welfare
 

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that all medical information supplied to Elite Football Coaching is accurate and kept up to date.

Any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, additional needs or medication requirements that may affect participation must be disclosed before attending any session.

Elite Football Coaching reserves the right to refuse participation where it believes a player may be placing themselves or others at unnecessary risk.

Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken to provide a safe coaching environment, football is a physical sport and participation is undertaken at the player's own risk.

Parents remain responsible for ensuring that players are medically fit to participate in football activities.

6. Weather Policy
 

Football is an outdoor sport and sessions will proceed in most weather conditions where it is safe to do so.

In the event of adverse weather:

• If 30 minutes or more of a scheduled coaching session has been completed, the session will be deemed fulfilled.

• If less than 30 minutes of a session has taken place and Elite Football Coaching is unable to continue due to unsafe weather conditions, the session will be rearranged where reasonably possible.

• Where football camps have already commenced, coaches may move activities indoors or adapt the session until it is safe to resume outdoor coaching.

• If Elite Football Coaching cancels a football camp before it begins due to severe weather or unsafe playing conditions, customers will receive a voucher to attend a future Elite Football Coaching camp. Cash refunds will not be issued.

Elite Football Coaching will always prioritise the safety of players, parents and staff when making weather-related decisions.

7. Private 1-to-1 Coaching (1on1 Coaching)
 

Private coaching sessions require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange.

Where at least 48 hours' notice is provided, sessions may be rearranged subject to coach and venue availability.

Where less than 48 hours' notice is provided:

• the session will be forfeited;

• the session cannot be rearranged; and

• no refund or credit will be issued.

Private coaching packages must be used within the following periods:

• 5 Session Package – valid for 10 weeks from the date of purchase.

• Premier Player Performance Package – a subscription-based high-performance coaching membership designed for committed players seeking accelerated development. This package includes 12 private 1-to-1 coaching sessions per 3-month membership cycle. All sessions must be used within the active membership period and do not roll over into future months.

Unused sessions remaining after the expiry period will automatically expire.

Expired sessions cannot be extended, transferred, exchanged for cash or credited towards future purchases.

8. Memberships
 

Elite Football Coaching memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions designed to provide players with consistent, long-term development.

Memberships are based on continuous improvement through regular coaching rather than payment for individual sessions.

Each membership secures a limited place within one of our coaching programmes and enables Elite Football Coaching to plan facilities, staffing and programme delivery in advance.

Memberships include access to coaching sessions and any additional benefits applicable to the selected membership package.

Unless otherwise stated, all memberships have a minimum commitment of three (3) months.

Following the initial commitment period, memberships continue automatically until cancelled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

9. Membership Subscription Model
 

Elite Football Coaching operates a subscription-based coaching model.

Your monthly membership fee reserves your player's place within the programme and contributes towards:

• professional coaching staff;

• facility hire;

• equipment;

• programme planning;

• coach education;

• administration;

• ongoing player development.

Membership fees are not calculated based upon individual attendance.

Your subscription secures continuous access to the programme rather than payment for each individual session attended.

10. Membership Attendance & Absence Policy
 

Players are encouraged to attend every session wherever possible to maximise their development.

However, attendance remains the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

Membership fees remain payable regardless of attendance.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• holidays;

• family commitments;

• illness;

• injury;

• school trips;

• examinations;

• transport issues;

• work commitments;

• adverse weather affecting personal travel;

• any other personal circumstances.

Refunds, credits, discounts or replacement sessions will not be provided for missed membership sessions.

11. Membership Pause Policy
 

Elite Football Coaching does not offer the facility to pause memberships.

When a player joins a membership, a limited coaching place is reserved exclusively for that player.

Allowing memberships to pause would prevent Elite Football Coaching from offering that reserved place to another player whilst simultaneously guaranteeing its availability upon the member's return.

To ensure fairness to all members and maintain the quality and continuity of our coaching programmes:

• memberships cannot be paused;

• reduced monthly payments are not available;

• credits cannot be issued;

• refunds cannot be issued for periods of non-attendance.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that your membership reserves your player's place within the programme regardless of attendance.

12. Scheduled Programme Breaks
 

Elite Football Coaching observes planned breaks throughout the year.

These include:

• UK Bank Holidays;

• approximately two weeks during July;

• the Christmas and New Year period;

• any additional planned closures communicated in advance.

These breaks are incorporated into the annual membership pricing structure.

Membership fees remain payable during scheduled breaks, and no refunds, credits or reductions will be applied.

13. Premier Player Performance Membership
 

The Premier Player Performance Membership includes recurring private 1-to-1 coaching sessions as part of an active subscription.

Private coaching sessions included within this membership are a benefit of maintaining an active subscription and are not standalone coaching credits.

Each three-month membership cycle includes an allocation of twelve (12) private 1-to-1 coaching sessions.

These sessions:

• must be used within the applicable three-month membership cycle;

• cannot be carried forward into future membership periods;

• cannot be transferred to another player;

• cannot be exchanged for cash or account credit.

If your Premier Player Performance Membership becomes inactive for any reason, including:

• cancellation;

• failed subscription payments;

• expired membership;

• suspension of the membership;

all unused private coaching sessions attached to that membership will automatically expire.

Unused sessions cannot be reinstated once the membership has become inactive.

A new allocation of private coaching sessions will only commence once an active Premier Player Performance Membership is in place and subscription payments are up to date.

 

14. Membership Benefits
 

Membership benefits, including coaching sessions, exclusive events, discounts, priority booking, player reviews and any additional member-only services, are available only whilst a membership remains active and payments are fully up to date.

Elite Football Coaching reserves the right to amend, replace or withdraw membership benefits where reasonably necessary to improve or develop the service.

Where significant changes are made, members will be notified in advance wherever reasonably practicable.

15. Membership Cancellation
 

Following the initial minimum commitment period of three (3) months, memberships may be cancelled by providing at least one (1) month's notice before your next scheduled payment date.

You may choose to give notice at any time after the first two months; however, the minimum three-month commitment must still be completed in full. For example, if notice is given during the second month, the membership will remain active for the third month, and cancellation will take effect at the end of that period.

To cancel your membership:

1. Log in to your Elite Football Coaching account.

2. Navigate to My Subscriptions.

3. Select Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.
    

Cancellation is only effective once it has been processed through your account.

Stopping a Direct Debit, cancelling your payment card, or failing to make payment does not constitute cancellation of your membership.

Membership fees remain payable until the cancellation notice period has been completed.

Refunds will not be issued for missed or cancelled sessions.

Elite Football Coaching reserves the right to recover any outstanding membership fees due under this agreement.

16. Late Payments & Failed Subscription Payments
 

Membership fees are collected automatically using the payment method provided when joining.

If a payment fails for any reason, Elite Football Coaching reserves the right to:

• automatically retry the payment using the original payment method;

• contact you requesting an alternative payment method;

• suspend coaching sessions and membership benefits until all outstanding balances have been cleared;

• restrict future bookings until the account has been brought up to date.

Where payments remain outstanding, Elite Football Coaching reserves the right to recover any unpaid membership fees together with any reasonable costs incurred in collecting overdue payments where permitted by law.

Repeated failed payments may result in permanent cancellation of the membership.

Cancellation due to unpaid fees does not remove responsibility for any outstanding balance owed.
 

17. Football Camps
 

Football camp places are confirmed only once full payment has been received.

If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the start of camp, Elite Football Coaching may, at its discretion, issue a voucher for the value paid.

Any voucher issued:

• is valid for six (6) months from the original camp date;

• is non-transferable;

• has no cash value;

• cannot be exchanged for account credit;

• cannot be extended beyond its expiry date.

If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the start of camp, no refund, voucher or credit will be issued.

Where severe weather prevents camp from taking place before players arrive, Elite Football Coaching will issue a voucher for a future football camp.

Where camp has already commenced, coaches may adapt activities or move indoors where facilities permit until it is safe to resume outdoor coaching.
 

18. Promotional Offers
 

From time to time Elite Football Coaching may offer promotional discounts, bonuses or limited-time incentives.

Unless otherwise stated:

• promotions cannot be combined with any other offer;

• promotions have no cash value;

• promotions cannot be transferred;

• promotions cannot be exchanged for account credit.
   

Where a promotional offer includes a complimentary football camp or coaching session:

• the complimentary place must be used within the period stated within the offer;

• the offer expires automatically after that period;

• no alternative service, cash payment or credit will be provided.
   

Elite Football Coaching reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw promotional offers at any time unless a booking has already been confirmed.

19. Clothing & Merchandise
 

All Elite Football Coaching clothing and merchandise is made specifically to order.

Made-to-Order Products

Once an order has been placed it immediately enters production.

For this reason:

• orders cannot be cancelled;

• orders cannot be amended;

• refunds will not be issued unless required by law.
   

Size Selection

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

Elite Football Coaching accepts no responsibility for incorrect sizing selected by the customer.

​

As every item is made to order:

• refunds cannot be offered for incorrect sizing;

• exchanges cannot be offered for incorrect sizing.

Customers are encouraged to refer carefully to the sizing information before completing their purchase.
 

Collection

Orders are shipped directly to Elite Football Coaching for collection during scheduled coaching sessions.

Customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection.

Elite Football Coaching does not provide home delivery for clothing orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is managed by our appointed supplier and courier.

Delivery times provided by suppliers are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Elite Football Coaching accepts no responsibility for supplier or courier delays that are outside of our reasonable control.

Collection is available for UK domestic orders only.

International orders are not currently accepted.

20. Supplier Availability
 

Elite Football Coaching works with third-party suppliers to provide clothing, equipment and promotional merchandise.

Occasionally delays may occur due to:

• manufacturing lead times;

• stock shortages;

• courier delays;

• customs delays;

• supplier operational issues;

• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Elite Football Coaching will always endeavour to keep customers informed of significant delays and provide updates where available.

21. Player, Parent & Spectator Code of Conduct
 

Elite Football Coaching is committed to providing a safe, positive and professional learning environment for every player.

All players, parents, guardians and spectators are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards coaches, staff, volunteers, players and other families at all times.

 

The following behaviour is not acceptable:

• abusive, aggressive or threatening language;

• discriminatory, bullying or harassing behaviour;

• intimidation of coaches, staff, volunteers or other participants;

• repeated disruption of coaching sessions;

• inappropriate behaviour on social media towards Elite Football Coaching, its staff or members;

• behaviour that places the safety or wellbeing of others at risk.

 

Where behaviour is considered unacceptable, Elite Football Coaching reserves the right to:

• issue a verbal or written warning;

• ask a parent, guardian or spectator to leave the venue;

• remove a player from a session;

• suspend or terminate a player's membership or booking with immediate effect.

 

Where a membership or booking is terminated due to unacceptable behaviour, no refund, credit or compensation will be provided.

Elite Football Coaching's decision regarding behaviour and participation is final.

 

22. Health & Safety

 

The safety and welfare of players is our highest priority.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for ensuring:

• players arrive appropriately dressed for football activities;

• players wear suitable football footwear and shin pads where required;

• players bring sufficient fluids for hydration;

• medical information remains accurate and up to date.
   

Players should not attend sessions whilst suffering from an illness or injury that could place themselves or others at risk.

Elite Football Coaching reserves the right to refuse participation where this is considered necessary for health, safety or safeguarding reasons.

 

23. Limitation of Liability
 

Participation in football and physical activity carries an inherent risk of injury.

Whilst Elite Football Coaching takes all reasonable steps to provide a safe coaching environment, participation in all activities is undertaken at the player's own risk.

Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to the above, Elite Football Coaching shall not be liable for:

• loss or damage to personal belongings;

• indirect or consequential loss;

• missed opportunities resulting from cancelled or rearranged sessions;

• delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
   

Parents remain responsible for ensuring that players are medically fit to participate.
 

24. Force Majeure

​

Elite Football Coaching shall not be deemed to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, nor liable for any delay, interruption, suspension or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").

​

A Force Majeure Event includes, but is not limited to:

• severe weather conditions, including snow, flooding, storms, lightning, high winds or extreme heat;

• pandemics, epidemics or public health emergencies;

• government restrictions, legislation or official guidance;

• national emergencies;

• war, terrorism or civil unrest;

• industrial action or strikes;

• fire, explosion or accidental damage;

• power failures or utility outages;

• closure, damage to or unavailability of coaching facilities or venues;

• supplier failures or significant delivery delays;

• coach illness, injury or unforeseen staff shortages;

• transport disruption; or

• any other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Elite Football Coaching.
   

Where a Force Majeure Event occurs, Elite Football Coaching reserves the absolute discretion to determine the most appropriate course of action based on the specific circumstances at the time.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• postponing or rescheduling coaching sessions, football camps or events;

• relocating coaching sessions or events to an alternative venue;

• adapting the format or delivery of coaching services;

• issuing a voucher for a future service;

• providing an alternative service of equivalent value where reasonably practicable;

• temporarily suspending services until it is safe or reasonably possible to resume delivery; or

• cancelling the affected service where no reasonable alternative is available.
   

This Force Majeure clause shall take precedence over any other provision contained within these Terms & Conditions where a Force Majeure Event affects the delivery of Elite Football Coaching's services. Any decision made by Elite Football Coaching in response to a Force Majeure Event shall be final and made acting reasonably in light of the circumstances at the time.
 

Elite Football Coaching shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, consequential loss, travel costs, accommodation costs, loss of earnings or any other expenses arising from a Force Majeure Event.
 

Nothing within this clause excludes or limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

25. Changes to Programmes & Services
 

Elite Football Coaching continually reviews and develops its programmes to provide the highest possible standard of coaching.

We therefore reserve the right to amend:

• coaching venues;

• session times;

• coaching staff;

• programme content;

• membership benefits;

• pricing;

• coaching ratios;

• promotional offers;

• operational procedures.
   

Where changes significantly affect an existing membership or booking, reasonable notice will be provided wherever practicable.
 

26. Data Protection & Privacy
 

Elite Football Coaching processes personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Personal information collected during registration is used solely for the administration and delivery of our services, safeguarding, communication and legal obligations.

27. Website Use
 

Whilst Elite Football Coaching makes every reasonable effort to ensure that information published on our website is accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that all content will always be free from errors or omissions.

We reserve the right to amend website content, pricing, programme information and availability without prior notice.

All website content, including text, images, branding, graphics, logos, videos and downloadable resources, remains the intellectual property of Elite Football Coaching unless otherwise stated.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
 

28. Final Acceptance
 

By booking any coaching session, football camp, membership, event, programme or purchasing any product from Elite Football Coaching, you confirm that you:

• have read these Terms & Conditions in full;

• understand your rights and responsibilities;

• agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If any provision within these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
 

28. Governing Law
 

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services provided by Elite Football Coaching shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
