Elite Football Coaching – Terms & Conditions

Elite Football Coaching (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to delivering a world-class coaching experience. By engaging in any of our services, programs, or products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which are subject to change at any time at the discretion of management. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Elite Football Coaching is committed to providing a positive, enjoyable and beneficial service to all Clients.

We aim to deliver a full hour per session. However, in the rare instance where 30 minutes or more of a session has been delivered and weather conditions interrupt completion, the session will be deemed complete.
If less than 30 minutes has been delivered, the session can be rescheduled.
No refunds will be issued due to weather-related disruptions once the session has commenced.

Photography & Media Consent

By registering, you grant us permission to use photos and/or video footage of players for promotional purposes on social media and our website.
To opt out, you must select ‘No’ in the relevant field during the player registration process.

No Refund Policy

The Company expressly declares that it will not refund any payments due to mistaken purchases or user errors. The Company explicitly states that it will not issue refunds for purchases or payments made in error, and users are encouraged to exercise caution and diligence before completing any transaction.

All purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds for user errors, mistaken purchases, or any change of mind.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the correct purchase before confirming payment.

Camps – Terms & Conditions

Sessions must be cancelled or rearranged at least 48 hours in advance via your membership portal.
Refunds will be issued in the form of vouchers only, valid for 6 months from the original booking.
Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Once redeemed, the voucher cannot be used again for another date.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session will not be eligible for any refund or voucher.
If weather interrupts a camp after it has started, indoor activities will replace outdoor training until safe to resume.
If the camp is fully cancelled due to weather prior to attendance, a voucher will be issued.

Private Training – Membership Terms

Whilst our first priority is always the well-being and development of our customers, we must also look to run an efficient and cost-effective enterprise in order to continue to deliver our service to you and others in the long run.

48 hours' notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of private training sessions.
Failure to provide notice will result in forfeiture of the session, which will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Sessions must be used within the following timelines:
- 12 sessions: within 3 months
- 5 sessions: within 3 months
Missed sessions outside of this window will be forfeited with no credit or refund issued.
Refunds will not be issued for sessions cancelled by the client for any reason.

Sessions will not take place on bank holidays, during a 2-week period in July, and over the Christmas break. These breaks have already been accounted for within your membership subscription and package. Therefore, the cost of your membership has been calculated to include these scheduled breaks, and no adjustments or refunds will be made due to these interruptions.

By subscribing to the membership, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions regarding the Development Sessions schedule and membership fees. Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the management. Any changes will be communicated to members in a timely manner.

Scheduled Breaks

No sessions will be held on UK Bank Holidays, during a 2-week period in July, or over the Christmas break.
These breaks are pre-accounted for in your membership fee and no adjustments will be made.

Development Sessions – Ongoing Membership

Memberships have a minimum commitment of 3 months.
All memberships auto-renew unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
You can cancel by:
1. Logging in
2. Navigating to My Subscriptions
3. Selecting Cancel Subscription
Refunds will not be issued for missed or cancelled sessions.
- Scheduled breaks (Bank Holidays, July, Christmas) are built into your membership fee.
  
  Sessions will not take place on bank holidays, during a 2-week period in July, and over the Christmas break. These breaks have already been accounted for within your membership subscription and package. Therefore, the cost of your membership has been calculated to include these scheduled breaks, and no adjustments or refunds will be made due to these interruptions.

Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the management. Any changes will be communicated to members in a timely manner.

Elite Football Coaching operates a subscription-based membership. This means:

Monthly fees are fixed, regardless of session attendance.
If you or your child are unable to attend due to holidays, illness, or any personal reason, your membership fee remains unchanged.
Your membership guarantees access to a structured program and reserved space in sessions, and the monthly fee reflects this access — not individual attendance.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept that fees are billed on a monthly basis, irrespective of attendance, and are non-refundable.

Important Notes Regarding Orders:

Made to Order:
- All items in this collection are made to order. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Size Selection:
- Elite Football Coaching cannot accept responsibility for customers ordering the incorrect size.
- As all items are made to order, refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing are not possible. Please ensure you select the correct size when placing your order.
Collection from Elite Football Coaching:
- Orders placed through this offer will be shipped to Elite Football Coaching for collection at agreed-upon training sessions.
- You will be notified when your order is ready for collection, but Elite Football Coaching does not handle delivery for domestic orders.
- Delivery is handled by our courier, and you will need to collect your order in person at Elite Football Coaching sessions once notified.

Clarification of Shipping & Delivery

Elite Football Coaching does not handle delivery. We will ship your order directly to Elite Football Coaching for collection.
Collection is only available for domestic orders, and items will be available to pick up at scheduled training sessions once you are notified.
International orders are not accepted at this time.
