Elite Football Coaching is committed to providing a positive, enjoyable and beneficial service to all Clients.

 

On the very rare occasion that weather affects our ability to deliver the full hour of any session type, but 30 minutes of the session has already been delivered, the session will be considered complete.

 

If less than 30 minutes is completed then you will be able to reschedule the session for future use.

By booking you also grant permission for us to use images of the player in attendance, on our social media channels and website. Unless stated in the registration process by selecting ‘No’ on the player registration form.

The Company expressly declares that it will not refund any payments due to mistaken purchases or user errors. The Company explicitly states that it will not issue refunds for purchases or payments made in error, and users are encouraged to exercise caution and diligence before completing any transaction.

Camp Terms & Conditions 
 

All sessions must be cancelled/rearranged with no later than 48 hours notice. 

​

Sessions can be cancelled/rearranged when clicking on the link within your membership page. 

Refunds will be in the forms of VOUCHERS ONLY; this will be for a future camp within the next 6 months. Once redeemed the voucher will be ineligible to be redeemed for a later or earlier date.

​

If the voucher is not redeemed within the 6 months this voucher will become null and void. If a session is cancelled within 48 hours of the start time by the client, no refunds will be eligible.

​

On the very rare occasion that weather affects our ability to continue the camp after it has begun, players will be taken inside and indoor activities will be conducted by our staff until it is safe to go back outside.

If camp is cancelled due to weather prior to player attendance, refunds will be issued in the form of vouchers.

Membership Terms & Conditions

 

Private Training

Unfortunately, when a session is cancelled without giving enough notice, others are prevented from getting the chance to receive the service.

 

Whilst our first priority is always the well-being and development of our customers, we must also look to run an efficient and cost-effective enterprise in order to continue to deliver our service to you and others in the long run.

  • Notice of Cancellations must be given 48 hours’ before any scheduled Private Football Coaching session to avoid any charge.

  • Sessions cancelled without the required 48 hours’ notice, will be subject to loss of session and will not be eligible to be rescheduled.

  • Sessions cancelled with 48 hours’ or more notice will be allowed to be rescheduled as availability allows within the timeframe of your booking.

  • ALL Private sessions must be taken within the timeframe of booking.

    • 10 Sessions within 5 months.

    •  5 Sessions within 3 months.

Any sessions not taken within that timeframe will result in a loss of the sessions.

 

Refunds will not be issued for any sessions you choose to cancel or missed sessions.

 

Sessions will not take place on bank holidays, during a 2-week period in July, and over the Christmas break. These breaks have already been accounted for within your membership subscription and package. Therefore, the cost of your membership has been calculated to include these scheduled breaks, and no adjustments or refunds will be made due to these interruptions.

​By subscribing to the membership, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions regarding the Development Sessions schedule and membership fees. Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the management. Any changes will be communicated to members in a timely manner.

Development Sessions

  • All memberships have a minimum three month commitment.

  • Your membership will automatically run on a continual basis.

  • Refunds will not be issued for any sessions you choose to cancel or missed sessions.

  • To cancel your subscription, please provide us one month’s notice. To cancel please follow the steps below:

Log in to the site.
Click your member profile at the top of the site.
Click My Subscriptions in the drop-down menu.
Click the More Actions arrow next to your plan.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Click Yes, Cancel to confirm.

Sessions will not take place on bank holidays, during a 2-week period in July, and over the Christmas break. These breaks have already been accounted for within your membership subscription and package. Therefore, the cost of your membership has been calculated to include these scheduled breaks, and no adjustments or refunds will be made due to these interruptions.

​By subscribing to the membership, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions regarding the Development Sessions schedule and membership fees. Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the management. Any changes will be communicated to members in a timely manner.

Wildcats Sessions

  • Your membership will automatically run on a continual basis.
     

  • Monthly subscription covers all sessions within the month. Payment is worked out across the year.
     

  • When booking onto sessions; please make sure you book the player onto all sessions you wish for the player to attend. If a player is not booked onto the session, this can result in them not being able to attend the session.
     

  • If a player misses a session for any reason, payment will not be rolled over into a new month.
     

  • Refunds will not be issued for any sessions you choose to cancel or have missed
     

  • All players are required to wear shin pads, moulded football boots only (No Astroturf boots, trainers, metal studs are allowed on the field due to facility policy)
     

  • Any player not seen to be wearing the correct footwear may be asked to leave the session. This footwear policy is at the request of the facility management.
