Girls Elite Performance Pathway (EPP)

Girls Elite Performance Pathway.

Welcome to the Girls Elite Performance Pathway (EPP) – a supplemental girls football training programme designed for players who want to elevate their skills and gain a competitive edge.

Led by UEFA B-licensed coaches, the EPP provides high-quality training environments with a focus on individualised growth in a dedicated female football coaching environment. Whether your daughter is just starting out or already competing at grassroots or academy level, our pathway supports her technical, tactical and physical development.

This is not team-based training. Players remain with their existing clubs, while the Girls EPP provides additional training to sharpen skills, increase game understanding and boost confidence.

High Performance Pathway (HPP)

FOR ADVANCED + ACADEMY LEVEL GIRLS

For elite female players already involved in academy or professional environments, the Girls Elite Performance Pathway offers a Girls High Performance Pathway (HPP) – designed to accelerate development for those already playing at a high level.

  • High-intensity technical & tactical work

  • Position-specific development where appropriate

  • Increased demands on game intelligence & decision-making

Typical HPP groups: U10–12 · U13–15.

Girls Elite Performance Pathway Stages

The Girls EPP is divided into three core stages, each designed to meet the needs of players at different ages and development points, ensuring a smooth journey from foundations to higher performance.

Stage 1

Foundation (U7–9)

Building core skills, confidence and a love for the game. Focus on ball mastery, coordination, basic game understanding and positive training habits.

Stage 2

Development (U10–12)

Developing stronger technical quality and decision-making. Players refine skills under pressure, learn game principles and begin to express themselves in more challenging situations.

Stage 3

Enhanced Development (U13–15)

Preparing players for higher-level environments, with increased focus on game intelligence, physical demands and performance consistency in match situations.

Elite Football Coaching

Individual Development for Grassroots, ETC & PDC Girls

Your daughter may be playing in grassroots football, an Emerging Talent Centre (ETC) or a PDC — wherever she is right now, she’s showing talent, commitment and a real love for the game.

But whether she’s in a group of 12, 16 or even 20 players, one question always remains:

Where does your daughter get the individual coaching she needs to truly stand out?

Grassroots, ETC and PDC environments are brilliant for development, challenge and exposure.

Our role is to provide the individual attention, detail and support that these larger group settings simply can’t offer.

This programme is built for ambitious girls who want to look, train and perform like academy-level players

Built specifically for ambitious Grassroots,  ETC & PDC girls who want to look, train and perform like academy-level players — without leaving their club or centre.

Why Individual Training Matters

  • Grassroots, ETC and PDC sessions are built to develop the group. They are excellent environments for exposure, challenge and competition.

  • Our role is different. We focus on the individual — giving your daughter the technical repetition, detailed correction, personal feedback and confidence coaching that simply isn’t possible in large groups.

  • We don’t replace your daughter’s current environment. We add the missing layer of individual development that large group sessions simply can’t provide.

  • This individual support bridges the gap between “she’s good” and “she looks academy-ready.”

Groups are strictly limited to 10 players per coach.

Why Parents Choose Us

Individual Attention in a

Crowded Pathway

In grassroots, ETC or PDC environments, your daughter is one of up to 20 girls.

Coaches do an excellent job — but they simply can’t stop and refine the individual details for every player.

We focus on the specific qualities that make coaches take notice:

  • First touch under pressure

  • Body shape when receiving

  • Movement off the ball

  • Confidence in 1v1 moments

  • Game intelligence and decision-making

These are the details that separate good players from standout players

A Clear, Personalised Development Pathway

Most parents quietly wonder:

  • “Is she progressing fast enough?”

  • “Is she standing out?”

  • “What does she need next?”

We answer those questions with an honest, personalised development plan so:

  • You know exactly what she needs to build

  • She understands what “academy-ready” actually looks like

  • Everyone feels clear, confident and aligned

Clarity. Feedback. Trackable progress.

An Environment Built for Ambitious Girls

Your daughter doesn’t need more busy sessions — she needs:

  • Challenge

  • Attention

  • Repetition

  • Belief

We create a space where she is seen, supported and stretched — surrounded by like-minded girls who want to push on.

  • High challenge, high support

  • Zero judgement

  • Ambitious players with similar goals

This is where confidence grows, standards rise and players make real progress.
