Elite Football Coaching

Girls Elite Performance Pathway (EPP)

Girls Elite Performance Pathway.

A specialist development programme for ambitious girls in grassroots, ETC and PDC football who need more individual detail than group environments can provide.

Many talented girls train in excellent environments — but large groups limit individual correction, repetition, and confidence-building.

The Girls EPP exists to fill that gap.

We provide focused, high-quality coaching that sharpens technical detail, improves game intelligence, and helps girls stand out within their current pathway — without leaving their club or centre.

This is supplementary development, not team-based training.

High Performance Pathway (HPP)

Advanced Pathway: High Performance (HPP)

For girls already operating in academy or professional environments who require increased intensity and positional detail.

  • High-intensity technical & tactical work

  • Position-specific development (where appropriate)

  • Increased demands on decision-making & game intelligence

Why Individual Training Matters

Grassroots, ETC and PDC environments are excellent for exposure, challenge, and competition.
But they are designed to develop the group — not the individual details that often separate good players from standout ones.

Individual training allows us to slow the game down, isolate key moments, and give girls the repetition, correction, and clarity that simply isn’t possible in large groups.

What this means for players:

  • Technical details are refined under pressure, not rushed past

  • Decision-making is coached, not assumed

  • Confidence is built through understanding, not guesswork

  • Habits are formed deliberately, not by chance

We don’t replace your daughter’s club, ETC or PDC environment.
We strengthen it — by adding the individual layer that helps her apply what she’s learning more consistently and confidently.

This is how players move from “doing well” to looking prepared for the next level.

The Girls Elite Performance Pathway

A structured development pathway designed to support girls at different stages of their football journey — from early foundations through to higher-performance preparation.

Stage 1

Foundation (U7–9)

Building core skills, confidence and a love for the game. Focus on ball mastery, coordination, basic game understanding and positive training habits.

Stage 2

Development (U10–12)

Developing stronger technical quality and decision-making. Players refine skills under pressure, learn game principles and begin to express themselves in more challenging situations.

Stage 3

Enhanced Development (U13–15)

Preparing players for higher-level environments, with increased focus on game intelligence, physical demands and performance consistency in match situations.

Players progress at different speeds — but the focus at each stage remains the same:
building technical quality, confidence, and decision-making that transfers to real matches.

Choose the Right Starting Point for Your Daughter

Every player enters the pathway at a different stage. Whether your daughter plays in grassroots football, an ETC or a PDC, the goal is the same — to give her the individual detail and support that helps her progress with confidence.

Development Group Training

Best for girls currently playing in grassroots or PDC football.

A weekly small-group environment focused on individual technical detail, decision-making, and confidence — designed to complement your daughter’s existing club or centre training.

What this provides:

  • Individual coaching within a focused group

  • Clear technical and tactical feedback

  • Confidence-building through understanding

  • Long-term development without leaving her team

Understand How the Programme Works

If you’d like a clearer picture of how the pathway supports girls at different stages — and whether this is the right fit — start here.

Players remain with their clubs or centres.EPP exists to strengthen what they already do — not replace it.

Why Individual Training Matters

  • Grassroots, ETC and PDC sessions are built to develop the group. They are excellent environments for exposure, challenge and competition.

  • Our role is different. We focus on the individual — giving your daughter the technical repetition, detailed correction, personal feedback and confidence coaching that simply isn’t possible in large groups.

  • We don’t replace your daughter’s current environment. We add the missing layer of individual development that large group sessions simply can’t provide.

  • This individual support bridges the gap between “she’s good” and “she looks academy-ready.”

Groups are strictly limited to 10 players per coach.

Why Parents Choose Us

Individual Attention in a

Crowded Pathway

In grassroots, ETC and PDC environments, your daughter is often one of 12, 16, or even 20 players.

Coaches do an excellent job — but large group settings simply don’t allow time to slow the game down and refine individual details for every player.

We focus on the qualities that make coaches and scouts take notice:

  • First touch under pressure

  • Body shape when receiving

  • Movement off the ball

  • Confidence in 1v1 moments

  • Game intelligence and decision-making

These are the details that separate good players from standout players.

A Clear, Personalised Development Pathway

Most parents quietly ask the same questions:

  • Is she progressing fast enough?

  • Is she actually standing out?

  • What does she need to work on next?

We answer those questions with a clear, personalised development plan so that:

  • You know exactly what she needs to build

  • She understands what “academy-ready” really looks like

  • Everyone feels aligned, confident, and informed

Clarity. Feedback. Trackable progress.

An Environment Built for Ambitious Girls

Your daughter doesn’t need more busy sessions — she needs:

  • Challenge

  • Attention

  • Repetition

  • Belief

We create an environment where she is seen, supported, and stretched — alongside like-minded girls who want to push themselves.

  • High challenge, high support

  • Zero judgement

  • Ambitious players with similar goals

This is where confidence grows, standards rise, and real progress happens.

Groups are capped to ensure every player receives individual attention, clear feedback, and consistent challenge.
