The Girls Elite Performance Pathway supports committed young female footballers alongside their club, ETC or PDC environment.

HIGH PERFORMANCE
Elite Girls
Led by Coach Laura, a UEFA B qualified coach who also coaches within the MK Dons Girls Academy.
Each 60-minute session develops technical ability, tactical understanding and mindset, supported by personalised performance reviews and group confidence sessions.
£150
/month + £55 Player Investment fee
Yearly option: £1,500 for 12 months. Confirm suitability and full terms through the existing application route.

Over the years, we’ve supported girls who have progressed into Professional Club Development Centres, Emerging Talent Centres and professional club academies.
Every player’s journey is different. Our role is to help her build the ability, confidence and understanding to be better prepared for her next opportunity.
Every player starts somewhere different. These are two journeys we’ve been proud to support through Elite Football Coaching.
From her first steps to MK Dons Girls Academy
Georgia joined Elite at nine without a team. She went on to join a local grassroots club, develop within Northampton Town ETC and join MK Dons Girls Academy by 14.
Her journey also took her to the Gothia Cup in Sweden.
From grassroots football to academy and first-team opportunities
Esme started training with Elite at ten while playing grassroots football.
Her development journey included The FA ACC and Aston Villa Academy.
She now plays for Northampton Town’s first team

Players who have trained with Elite have progressed into environments at Arsenal, Aston Villa, Birmingham City, Chelsea, Leicester City, Peterborough United, Northampton Town and MK Dons.

Can my daughter join mid-season? - Yes — players can join year-round, subject to group availability.

Does this replace her club, ETC or PDC training? - No. The pathway is designed to run alongside her existing environment and support it through focused individual development.

What age groups do you work with? - We currently support girls from U7 through to U15 in age-appropriate groups.

How many players are in each group? - Groups are capped to ensure every player receives individual attention, clear feedback and appropriate challenge.

What if I’m not sure which option to start with? - That’s common. The Intro Offer is designed to provide clarity on where your daughter is now and what she needs next. You can also contact us and we’ll guide you.
