Elite Football Coaching was founded by Coach Laura and Coach Chareen with one simple belief.

Why We Started Elite Football Coaching
After years of coaching across grassroots and academy football, we kept seeing the same pattern.
Talented young players were working hard.
But many weren't improving as quickly as they could.
Sessions often lacked structure.
Individual feedback was limited.
Confidence was disappearing.
We believed young footballers deserved better.
So we created The Elite Development Environment—a structured coaching philosophy designed to help players enjoy football, continue improving and reach their potential.

Meet Coach Laura & Coach Chareen
Elite Football Coaching is led by UEFA B qualified coaches Coach Laura and Coach Chareen.
Together, they've worked with hundreds of young footballers across grassroots, academy and elite development environments. As UEFA B qualified coaches, we believe every child deserves more than just another training session.
Their experience includes working alongside players such as England international Lotte Wubben-Moy and Liverpool defender Taylor Hinds, while supporting players who have progressed into professional academies and development programmes.
Every player receives the same commitment, whether they're taking their first steps in football or striving to reach the next level.
Together, we've worked with hundreds of young players across grassroots, academy and elite development environments, while continuing to invest in our own education through specialist coaching qualifications and professional development.

Meet Coach Laura
Coach Laura is Co-Founder and Head Coach of Elite Football Coaching.
As well as her coaching experience, Laura has played football across the UK and the United States, gaining valuable insight into different playing styles, environments and levels of the game, from grassroots to academy, to semi professional women's football.
Football has taken Laura across the UK and the United States, giving her the opportunity to learn from different coaching environments, work with players of all abilities and continue developing her own coaching philosophy.
Today, her passion is helping young footballers build confidence, improve their understanding of the game and enjoy the learning process.
Laura believes every player deserves coaching that is purposeful, supportive and centred around long-term development—not just short-term results.

Meet Coach Chareen
Coach Chareen is Co-Founder and Head Coach of Elite Football Coaching.
Alongside her coaching career, Chareen has played football at a high level, gaining valuable experience that now shapes her understanding of the game and player development.
With experience across football, futsal and physical development, she brings energy, attention to detail and a genuine passion for helping players improve.
Her coaching focuses on creating an environment where players feel challenged, supported and confident to express themselves both in training and on match day.
She believes great player development comes from consistency, quality coaching and building strong relationships with every child who steps onto the pitch.

Throughout our coaching journey, we've had the privilege of working alongside England Lionesses players Lotte Wubben-Moy and Taylor Hinds, while also playing alongside Olympic, World Cup and European international footballers.
