Elite Football Coaching is a professional football coaching organisation based in Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes, dedicated to helping young players develop their technical ability, confidence, decision-making and understanding of the game.

Elite Football Coaching was founded by Coach Laura and Coach Chareen, two passionate coaches who share a commitment to providing young footballers with the highest standards of coaching, player development and support.

Both coaches bring a wealth of playing and coaching experience to Elite Football Coaching. Their backgrounds include competing in FA Cup fixtures, gaining international playing and coaching experience, and working within a variety of high-level football environments.

Coach Laura also spent time in the United States, where she attended college while continuing her football development. During this period, both coaches gained valuable experience coaching across the Tri-State area, working with players of all ages and abilities and learning from different coaching systems and approaches.

Through these experiences, they recognised the importance of structured, purposeful coaching and the impact it can have on a player's confidence, understanding and long-term development.

They chose to bring this expertise back home, creating Elite Football Coaching to provide young players in Northamptonshire with access to a professional, supportive and development-focused environment.

Today, the organisation continues to support ambitious young footballers through a coaching philosophy built on purposeful learning, player welfare and continuous development.

Coach Laura and Coach Chareen are the founders and Head Coaches of Elite Football Coaching.

Together, they bring a wealth of playing, coaching and educational experience to every programme they deliver.

Their football journey has taken them across the United Kingdom and the United States, where they have gained valuable playing and coaching experience within a variety of high-level football environments.

Throughout their careers, they have had the opportunity to work with England Lionesses players Lotte Wubben-Moy and Taylor Hinds, while also playing alongside international footballers who have gone on to compete at the Olympic Games, FIFA Women's World Cup and UEFA Women's European Championships.
