Cancellation Policy
Refunds will not be issued for any sessions you choose to cancel or missed sessions. Unfortunately, when a session is cancelled without giving enough notice, others are prevented from getting the chance to receive the service. Whilst our first priority is always the well-being and development of our customers, we must also look to run an efficient and cost-effective enterprise in order to continue to deliver our service to you and others in the long run. Notice of Cancellations must be given 48 hours before any scheduled Private Football Coaching session to avoid any charge. Sessions cancelled without the required 48 hours’ notice, will be subject to loss of session and will not be eligible to be rescheduled. Sessions cancelled with 48 hours or more notice will be allowed to be rescheduled as availability allows within the timeframe of your booking.
